Staying in Your Lane: Is ‘Overwhelm” Hurting Your Personal Life in Christ” (Women’s Study)

Does life seem like it will never change? Do you stay so overwhelmed by responsibilities of life that you don’t see any hope in making lasting changes to your health and wellbeing? Do you continue to struggle with your diet or finally adopting an exercise plan and sticking to it? Are you living the life that glorifies God to the fullest? Or are you just trying to survive one day to the next? Regardless of what season of life you are in (single, married with children at home, empty nesters, or retired), join this women’s only class to consider these challenges and how we can live today to the fullest so that God is glorified, and we are joyful! Speakers include local experts in nutrition, diet, and exercise. In addition, Lisa Keane a local Christian Counselor will share on women and anxiety. We will have a time of fellowship at the conclusion of this 8-week study on May 1st as we celebrate women supporting women.
